"Game" means the "spot the ball" game or any game of skill on the Site which offers you the opportunity to win a Prize if you select the co-ordinates that are the most accurate;or Memory Pairs game of skill which offers you the opportunity to win a prize if you match the concealed pairs in the fastest time; or Jigsaw Puzzle which offers you the opportunity to win a prize if you complete the puzzle in the fastest time.

"Prize" means any prize offered on the Site to the winner of a Game;

"Retailer" means any of our commercial partners who offer their goods and/or services as Prizes on the Site; and

"Voucher" means a token sold at a set amount for entry into a Game to win each Prize, which (i) is sold by us on the Site; (ii) entitles you to play a Game; (iii) if you are not the winner of the Game, entitles you to a discount of the Voucher amount on goods and services similar to the Prize that are offered by the Retailer of the Prize.

Can I purchase my item straight away?

Yes you can !!! If you wish to order your item now and receive delivery before the draw is completed then you can. Nothng2Lose.co.uk is all about giving you the chance to win your dream prize as well as winning the item you actually want to buy. So feel free to buy it using the voucher whenever you want !!

If you win the prize you will get your money back or a second prize if you wish. Proof of purchase will be required and verified.

What is a game of skill?

Firstly they are fun to play and that is what Nothing2Lose.co.uk is about ......having fun !!! A game of skill is a game that simply requires skill, knowledge or judgement to complete. Have fun and try beating your previous score to improve your chance of winning.

What is the age required to enter into a competition on Nothing2Lose.co.uk?

The Site is intended for the use of persons aged 16 and over only.

You may only register to purchase Vouchers, enter into a Game and win a Prize on the Site if you are aged 16 or over. If you are under the age of 16 you are not permitted to use the services offered by the Site.

In addition, certain Games may be subject to further age restrictions due to the nature of the Prizes for those Games. Any additional age restriction will be stated clearly on the Site before the point of entry into the Game.

Some prizes may require you to be over 18 to claim your prize.

How does Nothing2Lose.co.uk work?

The service offered by the Site is as follows:-Become a member

A range of Prizes are available on the Site;
A Game will be operated for each Prize and the winner of that Game (decided in accordance with the Game Rules set out below) will win the Prize;
If you wish to be entered into a Game to win a Prize, you may purchase a Voucher from us using the automatic payment process on the Site;
A maximum number of Vouchers will be sold by us for each Game, to ensure that you have guaranteed chances of winning a Prize. The maximum number of Vouchers and the minimum guaranteed chances of winning each Prize will be stated on the Site next to each Prize;
Each Voucher gives you one chance to play a Game and you may purchase as many Vouchers as you wish for each Game, subject to the overall maximum number of Vouchers set by us for that Game;
The winner of the Game as determined in accordance with the "Game Rules" section set out below will win the Prize;
If you do not win the Prize, each Voucher will entitle you to a discount from each purchase you make from the relevant Retailers, as set out in the "Redeeming Your Voucher" section below.

How do I purchase a voucher?

The process for purchasing a Voucher is as follows:- Deposit Cash or Buy a voucher

If you wish to purchase a Voucher to enter a Game, select the ‘buy voucher’ icon next to the Prize displayed on the Site; This appears in the main page or in the item description page.
The ‘buy voucher’ icon will take you to the registration page if you are new to the Site and you must provide us with your contact information before you will be permitted to purchase a Voucher;
Once you have registered as a user of the Site and deposited money in your account, select the item you want to win and you will be invited to complete the automated Voucher purchase process;
To confirm your Voucher purchase, click the Green "Buy Voucher" tab
Play the Games
Your Voucher purchase and the contract between you and Nothing2Lose.co.uk for your entry into the Game will be complete. Once your payment has been processed we will e-mail you to confirm that your payment has been accepted and entry has been succesful.
The contract between you and Nothing2Lose.co.uk in respect of the Voucher will be governed by our Terms and Conditions.

What are the rules of the games?

The following rules apply to the operation of Games on the Site:-

You must purchase a Voucher to enter a Game;
The Game format is a ‘spot the ball’ competition, memory pairs or jigsaw puzzle
You must use your skill to determine the location of the missing ball on a photograph or match the concealed pairs or complete the puzzle matching the photograph provided.
To play the Spot The Ball Game, move the arrow to the location where, using your own skill and judgement, you believe the ball to be and select and confirm the location. Our software will then generate and confirm to you the co-ordinates of the selected location;
Once the location co-ordinates of your Game entry have been confirmed, your Game entry is final and you will not be able to withdraw or amend the location co-ordinates;
Complete the Memory Pairs Game by matching pairs concealed within the grid. Click on each square to reveal the picture below and match with a partner concealed within another square on the grid. Once completed press the done button to stop the clock and generate your results. Your Game entry is final and you will not be able to withdraw or alter your results.
To play the Jigsaw Puzzle Game. Click and hold the pieces on the right hand side. Place them in the correct location in the space provided that when linked together they match the photograph provided. Once completed press the done button to stop the clock and generate your results. Your Game entry is final and you will not be able to withdraw or alter your results.
Each Game will continue until the maximum number of Vouchers for that Game are sold.
An independent expert who is skilled in the sport featured in the photograph for each spot the ball Game will be appointed by us and will determine what the correct location of the ball is for each Game. The name of the independent expert will be made available on request;
At the conclusion of each Game the winning co-ordinates and times will be circulated by us to all Game entrants using the e-mail address details provided to us;
For Spot the Ball The Prize will be allocated to the Game entrant selecting the location co-ordinates closest to those determined by our independent expert. In the event of a draw the earliest entrant will win.
For the Jigsaw and Memory Pairs Games the entrant with the fastest time will win the Prize. In the event of a draw the entrant with the lowest attempts will win. If the position is still a tie then the earliest entrant will win the Prize.

What happens when I win a prize?

The following procedure and terms will apply to Prize winners:-

We will use the contact details provided to us to contact the Prize winner within 24 hours of conclusion of the Game;
The Retailer will contact Prize winners within 48 hours of conclusion of the Game to make arrangements for the delivery of the Prize;
If neither Nothing2Lose.co,.uk nor the Retailer receive a response from the Prize winner to claim the Prize by e-mail or telephone within 21 days of the conclusion of the Game, we will send a final reminder letter to the postal address the Prize winner has provided to us;
If we do not receive any contact from the Prize winner within 30 days of the conclusion of the Game, the Prize will be allocated to the Game entrant who has selected the location co-ordinates next closest to those determined by our independent expert and that entrant shall then be deemed to be the Prize winner for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions; For Spot the Ball and Jigsaw Games the Prize will be allocated to the next fastest entrant and that entrant shall be deemed to be the Prize Winner for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
The Prize offered may not be substituted for cash or any alternative goods or services;
Property in, title to and risk in the Prize will pass to the Prize winner immediately on its delivery to the Prize Winner;
The Prize provided will be in accordance with the description as advertised on the Site or a reasonable equivalent;
If unforeseen circumstances arise, to improve the timescale for delivery of the Prize the Retailer may offer an alternative to the Prize that is equivalent to the Prize in quality in value however the Prize Winner will not in these circumstances be bound to accept any suggested alternative if he or she does not wish to do so;
The Retailer of the Prize will make available to the winner of the Prize the same warranties and benefits as the Retailer offers to its own customers purchasing those goods or services at the time of allocation of the Prize;
Whilst we endeavour to ensure the quality of Prizes, any complaint in relation to the quality of Prizes should be addressed initially to the Retailer and if you remain dissatisfied please contact us at enquiries@nothing2lose.co.uk;
Prizes will not be allocated to any individual who has not properly followed the Game Rules;
Certain Prizes may require certain conditions, for example that the Prize winner must be over 18, have a valid driving licence or a valid passport. Any special Prize conditions will be clearly stated on the Site in the information relating to the Prize. Prizes may be withdrawn from any Prize winner who does not meet any special Prize conditions.

How do I redeem my voucher?

The following conditions will apply to redemption of your Voucher;

Each Voucher may be used to obtain a discount of at least the amount you paid for the Voucher on similar goods or services offered by the Retailer of that Prize;
You may redeem your Voucher any time after your Voucher purchase has been confirmed and you do not need to wait for the Game to complete before redeeming your Voucher;
If you win a Prize after you have redeemed your Voucher, you will still be entitled to receive the Prize or alternatively you can elect to receive a cash equivalent to the value of the Prize; Proof of Purchase Required.
In addition, Vouchers may also be used from time to time to obtain a discount in the event that any other Retailer offers a sales promotion to all users of the Site;
Only one Voucher may be used per purchase from any Retailer.
To make use of your Voucher, contact the relevant Retailer using the Retailer information provided via the link on our Site;
Each Voucher will remain valid until its published expiry date.
You must provide the Retailer with the validation code for your Voucher that is provided to you on the e-mail confirming your purchase of the Voucher.
